The two entrances
Piazza della Pigna 6 is the primary entrance and is served by an elevator. Via del Gesù 62 has no elevator — please use Piazza della Pigna 6 with luggage or limited mobility.
Using the lift
The lift is a traditional Italian ascensore with manual doors. Close both inner and outer doors fully by hand before pressing your floor — the lift will not move otherwise. Capacity: maximum 3 guests, or 2 guests plus luggage.
The grand staircase
Cross the historic courtyard past the water clock and take the grand staircase to the Winter Garden level (piano nobile). The apartment door is on the left as you exit the staircase.
