Check-out

— Time —

By 10:00. A member of our staff will meet you for check-out at the agreed time.

— Closing the apartment —

Leave the keys on the marble console by the entrance. Windows closed, AC off, lights off.

— Late check-out —

Subject to availability — please ask us the evening before.

— Luggage after check-out —

We do not store luggage inside the apartment. The nearest dedicated luggage deposit is operated by Advena Experience and can be booked online.

— Returning the keys —

On the morning of your departure, a member of our staff will meet you at the apartment at the agreed time to receive the four sets of keys. Kindly ensure all four sets are returned together.
