Luggage can be stored inside the apartment upon availability. If not available, please book a slot at the nearest dedicated luggage deposit, operated by our partner Advena Experience.

Via del Gesù 62, 00186 Roma. This entrance does not have an elevator and you cannot ring the bell from here. Use Piazza della Pigna 6 unless instructed otherwise.

A member of our staff will meet you at the agreed time and give you a full tour of the property — every room, the suites, the kitchens, the terrace and the building's history.
— Housekeeper Rafael —
Our housekeeper Rafael is at the apartment Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 14:00 (no service on Saturday and Sunday). He has a dedicated service space inside the apartment but does not live or sleep at the Palazzo, and remains entirely discreet.
